What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 tags — enough for a small team, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

Can every tag have a different name?

Yes, on the laser-engraved style. Send us the name list and each tag is drawn individually at no extra tooling cost.

Deboss, foil or laser — which should I choose?

Blind deboss for understated corporate gifts, foil when it needs to read across a room, laser when each tag carries a different name or a code.

Are the details private?

On the privacy-flap style, yes. A covering flap keeps an address off a public carousel while airline staff can still lift it in a second.

Which attachment lasts longest?

A leather strap with a metal buckle. Thin plastic loops catch on belt rollers and snap, which is how most tags are lost.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to die or laser size at no charge.
